Given the design of the vessel and the adventurous nature of our charters, all passengers

will require a good level of fitness and mobility.

BOOKINGS

10% deposit at time of booking

Balance payable 2 days before departure.

If the weather is deemed unsuitable by US we will attempt to reschedule your charter or a full refund will be made.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.

100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 2 days prior to departure

 

DISCLAIMER

By booking and paying for a charter with 1770 Creek to Reef Adventures, you are hereby considered to have agreed to and accepted each of the terms set forth in the following disclaimer.

 

1770 Creek to Reef Adventures shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage to property or any other related bookings or cost eg (Accom/Fuel).

 

It is a condition of booking with us that you hereby release to the full extent permitted by law. 1770 Creek to Reef Adventures its employees, agents and sub-contractors from all actual or contingent liability in respect of such personal injury, death, loss or damage.

 

All passengers shall comply with any direction given to them for their safety and comfort by the Skipper and agree that wilful non-compliance with such directions may result in an immediate return to the nearest port or embarkation point without refund.

 

It's a condition of booking and undertaking a charter that any passenger indemnifies 1770 Creek to Reef Adventures for all damages caused by any such non-compliant passenger.

 

All passengers of 1770 Creek to Reef Adventures shall be liable for any cost associated with repairs, replacement, of both the vessel, or equipment, or both which occur as a result of wilful damage
